Our experienced staff can help your organization, in preparing for compliance requirements including de-bonding and documentation. Further, our staff can assess used IT/ITES equipment thus ensuring that we provide you the best possible offer for your E-waste.


Upon the agreement to process your E-waste, we would work out the details of logistics including appropriate packing and handling. Our procedures ensure a safe, transparent and reliable pickup –always. Procedures followed ensure that there is comprehensive inventory of material taken and recording of the same as per laid down government regulations. A copy of the relevant government forms are provided to customers’ authorized representative for authentication and audit requirements.

Data Security:

Our trained staff processes the collected equipment following our defined process for sorting, segregation, tagging and de-sensitizing the equipment. This would include clearing any labels, tagging that identifies our customer, also checking to ensure that no data or proprietary information remains on the devices. This would include data and /or media destruction by techniques such as special formatting software / degaussing if required.


Even the cleaning process is carried out using specially designed dust removal equipment. The equipment ensure that the dust/dirt cleared is collected in a safe manner for disposal without contamination of the air.


Details of the inventory is maintained to ensure traceability till disposal. The processes are designed to capture key information and identification of material such that there is clear and auditable traceability to all e-waste collected. Volumetric and detailed reports can thus be provided to e-waste generators to help them meet regulatory compliance needs

Testing, Repairs/Refurbishing:

Our trained engineers check, and test each item to find a way to renew life of equipment through repairs and refurbishing. This allows us to extend life of equipment and reduce the recycling. We engage with partners who can find reuse opportunities for the equipment.

Dismantling, Harvesting and Segregation:

Material that is not good for reuse is then dismantled to separate parts by material content like metal/plastic/glass/PVC/CRT/circuit boards etc. Procedures of shredding, peeling etc. are used for converting the same into recycle ready material. Harvesting of reusable components is accomplished at the time of dismantling
